Mumbai, April 2015 – Gemological Science International (GSI), one of the largest independently owned gemological laboratories in the world, recently hosted a Hi-Tea with Free Interactive Demo Session for ladies at the Trivandrum Club.
According to the CEO of GSI, Mr. Mark Gershburg, “We are happy to see the positive response of the ladies who participated in the session. Women from all walks of life and ages came together to express themselves and shared their views on various topics related to diamond and colored stone jewelry.”
The highlights of the seminar included a live demo session on jewelry cleaning and cleaning jewelry of participants with the help of an ultrasonic cleaning machine, an interactive Q&A session, a practical workshop on viewing diamond jewelry followed by Hi-Tea.
The enthusiastic ladies of the Trivandrum Club gained knowledge about the skills required for cleaning and taking care of their precious gold as well as studded jewelry through this interactive session.
GSI’s Head of Education, Mrs. Vidhya Mazumdar added, “The ladies of Trivandrum have a great passion for diamond and colored stone jewelry. They are well aware of the names of various colored stones and are up to date about the industry, especially synthetic diamonds. This session was created keeping in mind the questions they always have had with regards to their jewelry.”
